As per media kit instructions, ALL entries must be submitted in microsoft word format on or before the 15th of the month preceding the date of publication. Publication dates are the first of every odd month.

Shimmer and Shine photos must be submitted in jpeg format, sized at 1275x1650 plus or minus, they will be sized down to fit.

ALL other photos must be submitted in jpeg format, sizes will be adjusted to fit the space available. Provide captions with each. Please limit all review photos to no more than 3 per review. If more than that are required, contact the editor for advanced permission prior to submittal.
